Exciting Changes Are Coming to the Wooster Library Children's Department!
After 20 years of serving our community, the Children's Department is getting a much-needed refresh. Renovations will include:
- New carpet
- Fresh Paint
- Reorganized Shelving
To complete this project, the Children's Department will be closed to the public beginning August 3, and access to the collection will be limited to staff during the renovation.
We encourage families to visit before August 3 to check out any materials they may need while the department is closed. Don't worry, though—we will still be able to retrieve children's materials for you upon request throughout the renovation.
We are excited to bring this updated and refreshed space to our community and appreciate your patience as we work to improve the Children's Department for everyone.
We are also incredibly grateful to the private donors who have made this project possible, including the Wooster Friends of the Library and those who have donated to the library's funds at the Wayne County Community Foundation.
