How it Works Materials for patrons are selected by our staff. Library materials are then delivered free of charge to the patron’s home. Contactless deliveries are scheduled on a regular, monthly basis. You do not have to be home to take advantage of this service but you are responsible for the items after they are dropped off and for items left outside your residence waiting for pick up. You will fill out a short application, including information about your reading, listening, or viewing interests. wcpl.info 11
