Collaborative Castle Inspired by the Art of Mary Blair Month of June [Wooster] Mary Blair (1911–1978) was an American artist, animator, and designer. She is best known for her work on Disney’s Alice in Wonderland. Throughout the month of June, artists of all ages can stop by the Adult Department and color a square that will be used to create a collaborative castle inspired by Mary Blair’s Queen of Hearts castle. Popsicle Stick Extravaganza Months of June and July [Wooster] Artists of all ages are invited to decorate one side of a popsicle stick for a collaborative project. Grab a popsicle stick, draw/paint/bedazzle however you wish, and then return the popsicle stick to either the Adult or Children’s departments. The completed project will be displayed in the Wooster Main Library.
