Curbside Pickup

WCPL Curbside Pickup and Drive-up Window Service

Wayne County Public Library offers contactless, curbside pickup of Library books, audiobooks, movies and more, from WCPL branch libraries. Wooster, Main Library, also has drive-up window service, after-hours lockers and walk-up service available.

Curbside pickup is by appointment only at Creston, Dalton, Doylestown, Rittman, Shreve and West Salem Branches. No appointment needed for Drive-up Window at Wooster.

 

Request what you would like to pick up, using one of these ways:

 

1. You can place holds on items through our on-line catalog (West Salem patrons please call to check availability first.)

You will get a notice from CLEVNET when your items have arrived. Please CALL to arrange a time for curbside pick up. No appointment necessary for the Drive-Up window at Wooster, Main Library.

3. OR --You can email your requests to the library branch with where you want to pick up your items. Please include your library card number and contact information (phone number preferred) in your email. Please be patient – It may take several days to collect your materials.

Things to remember:

 

  • Curbside pickup is available by appointment only. (Except for Drive-up window at Wooster.) Staff will work with you to arrange a pickup time. You’ll be given instructions about the pickup method at your branch library.
  • Please arrive at your prearranged appointment time to pick up your items
  • Some locations will require you to exit your car to pick up your items. If you need assistance, please let library staff know when you make your pickup appointment.
  • All materials must be returned to the outside book drops at Creston, Dalton, Doylestown, Rittman, Shreve and West Salem. At Wooster, Main Library, you may return materials to the interior book drop near the parking lot entrance when the library is open.
  • All movies will check out for one week. All books and audiobooks will check out for three weeks. There are no late fees or fines.
  • Temporarily, there are no charges for new movies or video games.
