Outreach and Special Services


The Wayne County Public Library's collection is available to you through Outreach Services, a free, fast and convenient way for homebound patrons to borrow books, magazines, videos and audio material. 

Library materials may be selected by telephone or letter, and are then delivered to your door.  Materials may be returned to any Wayne County Public Library location or can be picked up and returned by library staff.
