In 2009, 2-1-1 provided critical connections for more than 16 million callers nationwide Whether a personal crisis or national disaster, everyone in Wayne and Holmes Counties will now have a place to turn, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Just as 9-1-1 connects callers with emergency services, 2-1-1 InfoLink connects people to important human services from a range of nonprofit, government and faith-based agencies.
