Harriet A. Wells, Creston, Wayne County, Ohio, widow of Rolla Wells, late private of Co. G, 86th Regt. O.V.I., from August 20th , 1877, date of death of Wells and for each child under 16 years at his death.
Also the following re-issue and increase: Simon P. Moore, Shreve, Wayne County, Ohio, late private Co. B, 60th Regt., O.V.I., from September 19th, 1885, for shell wound of hips and chronic diarrhea and resulting disease of rectum.
